Text'nDrive™ respects your privacy, and we take protecting it very seriously. We realize that you want your communications to remain private and confidential and we will strive to protect your communications' content like most major mobile service provider does.

The www.TextnDrive.com website as well as any mobile version or application thereof, including the platform allowing the access to the Text'nDrive™ Software and the Services (the "Sites") are operated by HandsFree Software together with its various subsidiaries, affiliates, and divisions (collectively, "we", "us", "our" or "Text'nDrive™"). Text'nDrive™ values its clients and respect your privacy. Text'nDrive™ recognizes that it must maintain and use your personal information responsibly.

By accessing the Sites and the services provided by Text'nDrive™ (the “Services”), you hereby agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Policy and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy. You are responsible to ensure that your access to the Sites, the Services and material available on or through it is legal in each jurisdiction in or through which you access or view the Sites, Services or such material.

If we decide to change our Policy, we will post these changes on our Sites so that you can be updated as to what information we gather, how that information may be used and whether (and how) it may be disclosed to any third parties. Following the posting of such changes, your continued use of the Sites will constitute your acceptance of these changes and you will be bound by such changes. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?

From our website: Every time you visit the Sites or use the Services, the following information is automatically obtained and compiled: your internet protocol (IP) address and the domain name registry information associated with that IP address; identification of your internet browser, operating system and hardware platform you are using; the date and time of your visit; the name and address (URL) of the web page you viewed immediately prior to accessing the Sites; your entire query (if any) that was entered into a search engine which led you to the Sites; and any other user behavior data. This information may be captured and stored in our log files. Additionally, the complete record of your actions at the Sites, including all pages visited, time spent at each page, the information sent or received and the names of all files uploaded or downloaded is collected. This tracking information may be compiled by us in the aggregate primarily to identify demographic data regarding our clients.

From our Mobile Application: We collect the recording of your voice when you speak to reply to the messages using the Services for up to 6 months to enable the people you send your reply to have access to the audio  message you recorded for them. This information remains confidential.

We collect and store aggregate data of when you are using the Services without identifying the user of the Services and any of the user's personal information. These information are used in the aggregate only and for statistical internal purposes.

We will also collect personal information from you if you provide your personal information to us, such as by setting up a user account and password at the time you register for an account with Text'nDrive™, logging into your account, providing information in your account(s), communicating with us by e-mail, or otherwise or if you complete an entry form to participate in an online survey or request for information. As a result of these actions, you might supply us with personal information, such as your name, e-mail account login information, postal addresses, telephone number(s), credit card information, bank account information, business information, product interest information and financial information.

In light of the importance of protecting children's privacy, we do not intend the Sites or the Services for child audiences, and we do not collect, process or use on our Sites any information relating to an individual whom we know to be under 18 years old without the prior, verifiable consent of his or her parent or other legal representative. If a parent or guardian discovers that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information, such parent or guardian has the right, upon request, to view the information provided by the child and/or to require that it be deleted from our records. In such a case we ask that the parent or guardian of the child contact us at support@TextnDrive.com for such purpose.

HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION USED?
In order to better serve you, we may combine information you give us online to enable us to communicate with you, by e-mail or otherwise, about our Services, surveys, promotions, special offers, and contests. We also collect this information in order to: (i) maintain contact with you and providing you with ongoing personalized service and to help us to better understand and respond to your needs; (ii) manage invoicing and accounting of your account; (iii) develop, improve and better market our services and managing of our business; (iv) monitor your satisfaction with our services and to contact you regarding the status or changes to any of our services; (v) enable us to comply with any applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
We also use this information to measure interest in the various areas of our Sites and Services, to ensure that links on the Sites facilitate easy navigation and to help make the Sites and Services more interesting and informative. We will keep your personal information only as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, the Terms and Conditions of Use or such longer period as may be required by applicable law. When no longer required, we will destroy, erase or de-personalize the personal information.

We will treat all your communications, whether by email, text or otherwise going through our Software and being the object of our Services as private and confidential. Any time you speak, there is the potential to be overheard by anyone nearby.
